Why not get organised for this bonfire night? Firework displays are surrounding the Tarvin area.
Even though bonfire night falls on a Sunday this year lots of events are being held on Friday and Saturday also.
Here is a list of some of the local firework displays, what time they start and where they are. So you can decide which ones best for you without having to do all the research.

Friday 3rd November

Helsby sport club — firework display, fun fair and family disco. Refreshments available. Fireworks start at 7.30pm. £3 per adult, £2 for children.

Saturday 4th November

Chester racecourse — fairground fun, food, and live music to entertain.opening at 5pm, toddler's fireworks 6.45pm, main display 7.30pm. Tickets available at the gate for £6 per person, children go free when four years or younger.

Blakemere village, Northwich — Gates open at 6pm, bonfire lit at 6.30pm and fireworks display at 7.30pm. Refreshments available.£4 each or £12 for family of four.

Tarporley — bonfire and firework display, proceeds raised helping the Tarporley Scouts Group. Gates open 6pm, bonfire lit at 6.30pm, fireworks at 7pm. Adults £5, children £2.50. Refreshments available. Being held at the field by the side of st helens church.

Sunday 5th November

Great barrow fireworks display at Barrowmore enterprise estate — bonfire is lit at 6:30pm but the fun fireworks will start at 7:00pm.

The plough inn at Christleton — opens at 6:30pm fireworks start at 7:30pm. With music, lasers, refreshments and outdoor facilities including my favourite (most important) the outdoor bar. Adults £5 children £3.

Thursday 9th November

Ashton Hayes, Ashton House nursery — Bonfire and a firework display, followed by a BBQ with sausages and burgers from local butcher Wally Dutton.
Tickets are priced £7 for adults and £6 for children, and includes a homemade cake and drink, in addition to your burger or hot dog. To book tickets for the event, please email your required number of adult and child tickets to enquiries@ashtonhousenursery.co.uk
