Community clear up

The clear up on the 12th Septemberwas an undoubted success but it is quite disheartening to see how quickly the rubbish reappears, particularly on the main roads that run through our parish area.
I wish there was a solution but I doubt it. Perhaps the 5p charge for a non-reusable plastic bag will make some impact. These bags are a devil to get out of the branches of trees. I know because I have the scratches to prove it.
