Draw for Tarvinonline Fantasy World Cup

Home » Newsroom » Draw for Tarvinonline Fantasy World Cup

There has been a change to the competition, it will now only include regulars of The Red Lion as The George and Dragon has dropped out.

That means we have to make a small change to the draw which will be of benefit to everyone who has entered the competition.

We will draw the top seeded teams first and allocate them to a number drawn from a separate container. Once all 16 teams have been drawn we will draw the other 16 teams in a similar fashion.

That means everyone who has entered has doubled their chances of winning the competition by having 2 teams!

Wednesday 11th June, will see the draw for the teams for the Fantasy World Cup, starting at 8.00pm in The Red Lion.

No expense has been spared (that's right no expense at all!) in constructing the high security boxes from which the team names will be drawn, as this photo confirms. Many thanks to Snugburys & M&S for the ice cream and chocolate minibites
