Our friends at AudlemOnline have come up with a brilliant idea to raise funds for cancer treatment for one of their residents.

MOM

Called the MendOurMum Charity, they have produced a video using the voices of 1100 village residents singing Amazing Grace in various parts of the village of Audlem

This has been an overwhelming success with news articles and interest from former Audlem residents and news features on UK TV screens and even in Canada!

The best news is that they have already raised a huge sum of money to help pay for the treatment of Mum Bernie, so that her daughters Terri and Hannah can spend more time with her this Christmas.

Ed: This just goes to show what can be achieved by a small community (1100 people) if they put their mind and skill to it!
