Parish Council – Planning Committee

There will be a meeting of the Planning Committee this Saturday 11th January 2014 at 9.00am at Tarvin Methodist Church, High St, Tarvin

There are 3 planning applications and there is an Open Forum at the start for the public to comment on any planning matters. Any other issues should be raised at the Open Forum at the next Parish Council meeting on Monday 27th January 2014 or privately with Councillors/Clerk

The applications are:

• 13/05424/OUT – One detached house with garage (demolition of existing storage unit) -CPH Transport, Church St, Tarvin

• 13/05486/HE – Rear Orangery, Mayfield, Barrow Lane, Tarvin

• 13/05495/LDC – Use of land as private garden (amendment to 13/03599/LDC – Fir Tree Cottage, Ryecroft Lane, Bruen Stapleford
