Despite the weather on a wet Saturday afternoon in Tarvin, Harry Marks, Max Bostock and Finley O'Rourke from Year 4 of Tarvin Primary School did a great job and raised an amazing £192.17 for Comic Relief.
We were overwhelmed with support from bakers and Tarvin folk who came out to buy the cakes. Towards the end it was like a scene out of 'The Apprentice' as we ferried trays of cakes to sell outside the Coop as well as having our main stall outside the Methodist Church. We'd especially like to thank Penny Hassall and the Methodist Church for their support.
