Update from Run4U
We are half way through week 4 of the first course and it is going very well for the people attending; everyone has broken the first major milestone this week which is for everyone to be able to run for a mile without stopping!
This is a great achievement for someone who has not done any running before as many on the sessions have not. I am really proud of how far everyone has come so far and am now looking forward to the next course which is starting on the 10th of March.
