To mark National Environment Week in April 1990, members of Tarvin History Group decided to make their contribution to improve the village by clearing the overgrown track behind the church-yard.

The nine volunteers are from left to right, Margaret Dixon, Jackie Bland, Dorothy Vickers, Margaret Poole, Ray Dixon, Tony Bland, Richard & Gill Chaplin.
