Tarvin History Group's scrapbook for November 1989 includes a significant occasion for the History Group with the publication of 'Reflections of Old Tarvin, ' with proceeds going to the Chester Scanner Appeal.

The First Photo shows Members of the History Group pictured with the editor, Mr Bill Crosswell.

The Second photo shows a picture of Church Steet which appears in the publication.

The Third photo is of Milking Ladies and their stools at a nearby dairy farm.

A SLAVE auction in the summer of 1991 by lower sixth formers at Tarporley High School raised £340.
