Parish Plan

Tarvin parish Council has given notice of an extraordinary meeting to be held in the Edna Rose Room of the Tarvin Community Centre on Wednesday 14th December at 7:00pm.

The meeting has been called in order that the Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group can present their draft plan to Council. All are welcome and it should be noted that in addition to the usual open forum at the start of a Council meeting, there will be open forums after the presentation of each chapter of the Neighbourhood Plan.

The full agenda is as follows-

1. APOLOGIES AND REASONS FOR ABSENCE

2. DECLARATION OF INTEREST AND DISPENSATIONS
a. To consider new written requests for Dispensations for Disclosable Pecuniary Interests and where appropriate grant any requests
b. To receive any "Pecuniary Interest", "Outside Body Interest", or "Family, Friend, or Close Associate Interest" from Councillors on any items on the agenda.

3. OPEN FORUM — The Council Meeting will be suspended to allow:
a. the members of the Steering Group to make any Declarations of Interest
b. the Steering Group the opportunity to present the Foreword and Principles underpinning Neighbourhood Plan Policies of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan and to allow members of the public to make comment.

4. CONSIDERATION OF THE FOREWORD AND PRINCIPLES UNDERPINNING NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN POLICIES OF THE DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

5. OPEN FORUM — The Council Meeting will be suspended to allow the Steering Group the opportunity to present the Housing Chapter of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan and to allow members of the public to make comment.

6. CONSIDERATION OF THE HOUSING CHAPTER OF THE DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

7. OPEN FORUM — The Council Meeting will be suspended to allow the Steering Group the opportunity to present the Leisure Chapter of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan and to allow members of the public to make comment.

8. CONSIDERATION OF THE LEISURE CHAPTER OF THE DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

9. OPEN FORUM — The Council Meeting will be suspended to allow the Steering Group the opportunity to present the Landscape and Environment Chapter of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan and to allow members of the public to make comment

10. CONSIDERATION OF THE LANDSCAPING AND ENVIRONMENT CHAPTER OF THE DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

11. OPEN FORUM — The Council Meeting will be suspended to allow the Steering Group the opportunity to present the Transport Chapter of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan and to allow members of the public to make comment

12. CONSIDERATION OF THE TRANSPORT CHAPTER OF THE DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

13. OPEN FORUM — The Council Meeting will be suspended to allow the Steering Group the opportunity to present the Economic Development Chapter of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan and to allow members of the public to make comment

14. CONSIDERATION OF THE ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT CHAPTER OF THE DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN

15. OPEN FORUM — The Council Meeting will be suspended to allow the Steering Group the opportunity to present the Health Provision Chapter of the Draft Neighbourhood Plan and to allow members of the public to make comment

16. CONSIDERATION OF THE HEALTH PROVISION CHAPTER OF THE DRAFT NEIGHBOURHOOD PLAN AND OF ANY ADDITIONAL ITEMS THAT COUNCIL CONSIDER
