Tarvin Village Fete – Tug-of-War Tournament

If you have purchased your Official Programme for the Village Fete you will have seen that one of the main attractions in the arena during the afternoon is the Tug-of-War Tournament. Following on from the success of last year's competition the event is being held again this year – have YOU got your team organised yet? All you need is a team of 5 determined Pullers which can be made up of men or women.

After 2 years as champions, last year St Andrew's lost to the Neugebauer Nutters but we understand they are determined to win back the shield in 2017. Can they do it or can YOU be in that winning team?

The Tournament is being held at 4.00 pm and you can book into the competition at the Fete – look out for the notice by the Speaker Van at the far end of the arena.

In case you haven't yet purchased your programme you can do so on the day or from the Post Office in the village.
