Tarvin Women's Group

At our March meeting we were given a course on laughter therapy, needless to say we were all laughing at the end but not really sure what we were laughing at! Our speaker, Claire, explained the thoughts behind this form of therapy and how laughter can help in our daily lives and make us feel good too. Well we certainly had fun and hopefully we will all benefit from this therapy in the future. Our next meeting on Wednesday 5th April will be a talk on the History of Quilting.

If you would like to give us a try do come along on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30 p.m. in the Parish Room next to St Andrew's Church. All are welcome to our meetings, and for £2.00 which includes Tea/Coffee and biscuits it makes a really varied, interesting and friendly evening.
