The Tarvin Local History Group is no longer operating.

However, you may be interested in the Tarvin Trail leaflet that the group originally produced in 1998 and has been updated more recently. You can find an article on the latest version on Tarvin Online here.

The local history group also published two books ("Reflections of Tarvin" and "Further Reflections of Tarvin") in 1989 and 1992 respectively, which have a lot of photographs and information about families living in the village in the last century.

These two books, although now out of print, are available to borrow from the Tarvin Library situated in the Community Centre.
