In Saturday's third place play off, Holland beat Brazil by 3-0 and after a month of stiff competition Germany has emerged as the winners of the FIFA World Cup in Brazil by beating Argentina in injury time 1-0 in Sunday's final.

As well as winning the World Cup, and possibly more prestigious, Germany has also won the Tarvinonline Fantasy Football competition at The Red Lion by scoring 69 points to Holland's 62, see full results table here
