Apple Pressing event success

Some pics from last Saturday's delightful apple pressing event and coffee morning organised by the Tarvin Woodland Trust and hosted by those lovely folks at Tarvin Methodist Church. As usual the event was relaxed and fun. Plenty of people turned up to press apples, scoff delicious cakes and chat over a cuppa, the Tarvin Christmas market team were also there, with their pancake stall.

The Tarvin Christmas market team spokesperson said:
"We are very grateful to the Tarvin Woodland group for once again inviting us to sell pancakes at the apple pressing event, the proceeds from the pancakes will help fund those things we have to pay for to make the Christmas market possible such as insurance, signage, road closure etc..."
