Application for New Right of Way

In 2013 the Parish Council (PC) made an application to Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWaC) for the path between Church Street and Cross Lanes to become an official public right of way and be added to the Definitive Map. After waiting 9 years CWaC has told the PC it has appointed an independent specialist consultant to investigate and report on the application.

The PC would be grateful for copies of old photographs to add to the evidence that the PC and local residents provided 9 years ago. The photographs need to show that the path has been used by the public for many years.
