Tarvin history Revealed – Soccer Cheer

In October 1993 Landlady Wendy Jones came to the rescue of Tarvin Football Club by adopting them for the season.

Wendy, who ran the George & Dragon, sponsored the club's kit for £400. They were previously Tarvin Recs Club but were left without a sponsor for the 1993/1994 season until she stepped in.
