What we do

Exercise is fun with our Dance Fitness exercise classes. Get your body moving in a Fun & Friendly environment with the Cha Cha, Samba, Salsa, Waltz, Tango & lots more!

Dance Movers is our brand and Majestic Movers is our daytime class aimed at Seniors, those looking to get back into exercise / improve their fitness, or people recovering from injury or illness. The dance routines are low impact with no jumps or spins. We have a lovely Stretch & Strengthen section after the dance section and we finish with a cup of tea and a chat! A great opportunity to meet other people.

Dancing is great for core strength, balance and flexibility which are all key in reducing the risk of falls as we age. The classes will help build/maintain muscle strength and keep 'juice' in the joints. Thinking and remembering the dance steps is a great workout for the brain too! Come along and give the class a go with a Free Taster. The key is to keep our bodies moving!
