Three new additional pieces of play equipment have been provided by the Parish Council and are proving very popular.
The pole in particular seems to be attracting a challenge for dads. The photograph shows one dad, Karl Simmonds , demonstrating that the flag can be reached. Karl is currently training for the Ironman UK Triathlon which involves a 2.4 mile swim, a 112 mile bike ride and a 26 mile run. Not sure climbing the pole is significantly going to help with the training for that event!
