Tarvin History Revealed – In March 1991 Both Local Churches were Fund-Raising

More than £300 was raised in March 1991 in aid of the St Andrew's Church restoration appeal when a dance was held at the Tarvin Community Centre. The event was organised by Mrs Joan Bradley. The funds raised were for the financing of the roofing and general work at the parish church.

Meanwhile an Easter Fair held at the Methodist Church raised more than £400 for church funds.
