Tarvin Women's Group

At our May meeting Jacky Bland treated us to an 'excellent' evening telling the story of the first 25 years of Tarvin MU. As you can see I have put excellent in quotes and those members of the Women's Group who were present will immediately understand the relevance of this word! We had a lovely evening as Jacky is a natural speaker and entries from past Church magazines over the early years certainly had us enthralled. At our next meeting on Wednesday 7th June Barbara King our Curate will be speaking to us.

If you would like to give us a try do come along on the first Wednesday of the month at 7.30 p.m. in the Parish Room next to St Andrew's Church. All are welcome to our meetings, and for £2.00 which includes Tea/Coffee and biscuits it makes a really varied, interesting and friendly evening.
