Abnormal Loads

An abnormal load, which can be in excess of 4.6 metres wide and up to 650 tonnes, will be setting off at approximately 09:30 hours from Kelsall Hill lay-by, via Tarvin, to Ellesmere Port Docks (Junction 8 – M53).

It will be traveling at approximately 10 to 15 mph and take 2 hours to complete its journey. The route it takes can be viewedhere. Please divert or take an alternative route if you can, as the load may only travel at 10mph or less. Check Police Facebook or Twitter accounts for the most up to date information on the day.
