Access from Ridgeway to A54 Footpath

At the March Parish Council meeting it was reported that the contractor had completed his work on the new formal access from the Ridgeway to the footpath on the A54. All that was required to complete the project was replacement hedge planting plus some reseeding and some knee high fencing to ensure that people keep to the path. That work is scheduled to take place during the next couple of weeks.

Whilst overall feedback has been very encouraging not everyone is happy. A member of the public, speaking during the Open Forum at the Council meeting thought it "hideous and hated the whole thing".
