The Community Centre is delighted to announce that comedian, Radio 4 broadcaster and raconteur Robin Ince will be performing at Tarvin on Saturday March 23rd at 7.30 pm.
The show is part of the Cheshire Rural Touring Arts spring season.
Sue Hardacre says " We are delighted to have such a well-known performer coming to grace our stage. This is the first time we have had a stand-up comedian so I am sure that we can provide a great audience"
Robin Ince is currently best known for his programme on Radio 4 called The Infinite Monkey Cage, now in it's 18th series. Robin co-hosts the show with Professor Brian Cox and together they take a witty and irreverent look and the world of science.
The show that Robin is bringing to Tarvin is called Chaos of Delight and is described as a "manifesto of delight and curiosity from bohemians to black holes, Dali to DNA. (Two) frenetic hours of art, science and stupid voices"
Tickets for this show are priced at £12 and are currently available on www.ticketsource.co.uk/cheshireruraltouringarts
They will be on sale in Tarvin Post Office nearer the date.
(If you want to see Robin but can't make the Saturday, he will be appearing at Kelsall Community Centre on Friday 22nd. )
