Fete Queens Flowers 2016
fete Headbands 2016

Like many flower clubs around the country Ashton Hates and Tarvin Flower Club have made a bouquet to celebrate the 90th birthday of Queen Elizabeth 11. (Ours is a week late so we hope Her Majesty doesn't mind!)

The one made in Tarvin was for a very specific use as it was given to our village queen to carry at the fete on Saturday.

The pictures show the bouquet at close quarters along with the headbands, also made by flower club members, and which were worn by the attendants.

Ed: Please send in your photos of the 2016 Tarvin Fete so that we can share this wonderful event around our community.
