As Glasgow hosts the UN Climate Change Conference of the Parties (COP26) on 31 October – 12 November, Chester Cathedral and its community will be celebrating this with the following events.

Now, and until early November:
Process
An installation at Chester Cathedral created by Dr Jeremy Turner, Programme Leader for Fine Art at the University of Chester to raise awareness of sustainability.

Saturday 6 November 10am – 5 pm
COP 26 Exhibition
Chesterlooks to tackle the question "What impact can little old me really make?"with over 20 exhibits looking at topics such as energy, transport, waste, climate action, education and more.

Saturday 6 November 3pm – 4:30pm
All Creation Waits
ChesterCathedral and the Chester Sustainability Forum host a screening of All Creation Waits, the film of a dance theatre performance telling a contemporary story of St Francis and St Clare in the context of climate change.
