Please find attached some information about a number of events Cheshire Community Action is running for people with long-term health conditions (e.g. diabetes, COPD, heart conditions, epilepsy, arthritis, chronic pain, neuromuscular conditions and some long term mental health problems) in the Cheshire West area.
