One of the things that the organisers of the Tarvin Christmas Festival and market find really hard to fit in as well as making sure all the stallholders get the right slots, setting up Lights, Power, PA systems, Cooking Pancakes, supplying water, running a raffle and a chocolate tomblola, .... is taking decent photos of the market and market stalls on the night.
Smartphone cameras are getting better and better but they often don't do the gorgeous stalls justice and we are usually a bit disappointed with our hastily snapped shots. – as you can see from some of these images.
We would love for a few residents who have a few minutes or more to take some really nice photos of the stalls, stallholders and Market in general and send them in to Tarvin online so that we can put up a nice montage of the market and use if in future years to promote the event.
If you are able to get a few good shots, please send them in to editor@tarvinonline.org. Please note that the website copes far better with images that are in Landscape format rather than portrait.
Thanks In advance:
Ed
