Church Street garage requests change to opening hours

An appeal has been launched against the decision of Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWaC) to refuse to grant planning permission for the Green Acre Garage in Church Street, Tarvin to extend opening hours from 6.00am to 11.00pm.

The business currently has permission to open from 7.00am to 10.30pm under Planning Application 21/03484/FUL.

This original application covered the change of use of an existing vehicle workshop to retail associated with the existing petrol filling station and provision of a managers flat. The appeal relates to a variation of condition 5 (opening hours) of the original application.

The appeal will be determined on the basis of written representations.
