CO-op Local Community Fund

St Andrew's Church, Tarvin wishes to thank the Co-op for choosing their project to be one of their three local causes.

We wish to offer visits to the Tower, to look out over our lovely village and surrounding countryside, followed by refreshments, and our project is to provide barriers at the top in order to ensure safety for all.

We hope it will encourage people to get outdoors and enhance their well-being. Access to the tower will add a new level of interest to children and families: a free activity with food/drink.

Our overall objective is bring people together in a safe environment where all are welcomed and valued. It is an opportunity for isolated/lonely people or anyone in the community to meet over coffee for a chat, dominoes or crafts. We offer lifts if required, disabled access, toilet facilities and Foodbank.
