Community Centre – Tier 3 Closure

With the announcement on 23rd December that Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council will go into Tier 3 on Boxing Day the Community Centre will have to close that day.

This is a bitter blow for our community as the Centre was beginning to be busier meeting the needs of various local groups. However, Chairman of the Centre Committee, Ted Lush, is confident that once the vaccination programme is fully established in Tarvin and the surrounding area and all the tiers have been shed things will soon be getting back to normal. The Committee, who run the Centre on behalf of the community, are already discussing plans for celebrating normality when it arrives.
