At the Open Forum of Monday's Tarvin Parish Council Meeting, a member of the public spoke about the planning application submitted by the Co-op. The application is for a cold room, alterations to the existing cage enclosure and a new refrigeration plant in a new fenced enclosure.
The resident, whose house backs on to the Co-op car park, wanted the PC to ask that any work carried out should not be at anti-social times of the day, because the shop is in a residential area.
When the PC looked at the application it was happy to support the request that work should only take place on week-days and during normal working hours. The request will be sent to Cheshire West and Chester Council (CWaC) which is the planning authority
