Most people are likely to need to get in touch with their local Council at some point, whether that is to report an issue, ask for help, pay for something such as Council Tax or apply for something such as planning permission, benefits or licences.
Cheshire West and Chester Council wants to hear what that experience was like for anyone who has been in contact with them. It also wants to hear from those people who have not yet been in contact, but have a view of what they would expect from their council for a good customer experience.
