Development of land on A51 near Okells

We have become aware that a number of residents have raised concerns with both the Parish Council and CWAC concerning the development activity on the field shown in the photo.
Planning permission was granted under Planning Application 19/01028 /FUL 19/01028/FUL for the land At Tarporley Road Tarvin. The application is in the public record on the CWAC Planning Site for viewing by the public.

The application states that there should be retention of the existing field shelter, construction of new stable block and improvement to existing access and provision of hard-standing/turning area (private recreational use only). This was approved on 14th October 2019.
There are some claims that the current development is not compliant with the permission granted and CWAC Planning Enforcement has been contacted.
