Dogs on the King George V Playing Field

In recent months, Tarvin Parish Council have been aware of a number of incidents of dogs not being kept on leads on the King George V Playing Field.

We have personally witnessed incidents and seen a number of concerned posts on social media (Facebook) from residents. We are aware of "repeat offenders" and when met with a kind reminder by others, it is ignored.

Tarvin Parish Council would like to politely remind all users of the playing field that dogs must be kept on their lead at all times when walked/exercised on the field. This is a rule for all users. We are extremely lucky to be located in an area where there are a number of local forests and woodlands where dogs can be walked off lead -- the playing field is not the place to do so.
