Your Bus

Your Bus, operated by Changing Lives Together is a door-to-door transport scheme designed to help people stay connected, independent, and able to reach the places that matter most, whether that's medical appointments, shopping trips, social activities, or visiting loved ones.

The fleet of eight new minibuses are fully accessible with space for wheelchair users. The service will operate, as a minimum, from 10am to 3pm Monday to Friday. Potential users will also be able to book the buses for evening events or group outings through contacting the operator.

All users will need to register. This can be done at any time, up to and including when they board the vehicle. Multi-channel booking is available with users able to call, WhatsApp or use a website to book.

Your Bus is for residents who are:

Over 80 years-old orIn receipt of Disability Living Allowance (mobility component) orPersonal Independence Payment (PIP) orAttendance Allowance orHave a health reason why they cannot access public transport orThere is no public transport provision in their area.

Evening safe transport

This is an evening pre-bookable door to door transport service operating in and around the Northwich area. Bookings are taken between 1.30pm and 3.30pm. This service only operates on a Wednesday and Thursday evening.

Costs (approx.):
Single tickets around £3.50,
return £7 (£2 single/£3 return for certain areas).
Hours:
Generally Monday-Saturday, 8:45 AM–4:30 PM (varies by area).
Vehicles: Accessible minibuses designed for individuals with mobility issues.

Includes standard "Rural Rider" for rural residents, and PlusBus for Chester/Ellesmere Port.
