The draw for the Tarvin Village Quiz has been published and pits 12 teams against each other in the battle to win the Trophy in 2016.

The current holders, the Dimwits (pictured), are missing from the competition this year, so there will be a new name on the trophy. Who will it be?

TENNIS CLUB v T.M.P.(Tarvin Meeting Point)
T.M.C (The Methodist Church) v DEANSWAY
W.I. v THE FLOWER CLUB
PARISH COUNCIL v TARVIN BOWLING CLUB
JESSOP'S v ST. ANDREW'S
THE CRESCENT v THE CIVIC TRUST

The competition starts at 7.30 prompt on Friday 15th January 2016, with winners going through to compete for a chance to reach the finals on Friday 22nd January 2016.

Unlike many or our neighbouring villages, Tarvin has had no maps on display of our historic village centre Conservation Area. Tarvin Civic Trust thought that posting a display somewhere in the village centre might fit the bill. We considered display boards of all shapes and sizes but where would we put them?
