By being able to read this article on Tarvinonline you are obviously in the great position to access the internet at will, and are most likely to be using it for more than just browsing Google and emailing your friends.

As as nation we are using the internet at an increasing rate for Social Media, shopping and researching everything from holidays to seeking out great restaurants, booking flights, and cheaper Insurance. However, there are still a large number of people who do not know how to "Get Online" or do not want to even though there are significant benefits. More and more of our services such as banks, utilities, and the Health Service are moving towards doing everything online, and you may be at a significant disadvantage if you cannot log on.

If you know of someone, it could be family or a good friend, who would like to know what you can do with a pad or smartphone, and how easy it is, then why not recommend that they attend the free "getonline" sessions at Tarvin Library this Thursday.

GoOnline have their experts onsite from 10.00 until 12.00, and then from 2.00pm to 4.00pm Tarvin Library will have their own "IT Buddy" available to answer your questions.

We look forward to seeing you there
