The 25th annual Heritage Open Days runs between 13th and 22nd September 2019. It offers free access to many interesting properties, many of which are not normally open to the public. In addition there are many free tours, events and activities.
It is organised by a partnership of Chester Civic Trust and Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council. In Tarvin village on Saturday 14th September between 10:00 and 16:00 Grade 1 list St Andrew's parish church will be open and between 13:30 and 15:30 there will be a tour of the Tarvin conservation area accompanied by a member of the Tarvin History Group. Meet at the church at 13:30.
Please note that some of the venues outside Tarvin may have to be pre-booked. Enjoy the wonderful heritage of historic west Cheshire this autumn and all for free!
