Cress Egg Head Class 64 (5 – 9 years)
Make sure you take the top of the egg off as near the pointed end as possible, so you have plenty of room to decorate a face on it. Also choose a base to stand it on that doesn't hide a lot of your face. You can paint the shell with emulsion paint, I am sure if you ask your parents there is some in the garage. Get decorating , then put some wet paper towel in the bottom and sow the cress seeds, put it in a warm place to get it growing as soon as possible. See the photograph for ideas.
'Veggiesaurus Class 69 (5 -9 years), Class 70 (10 – 15 Years)
This can be made out of anything in the kitchen and garden. Collect lots of bits together and cocktail sticks and kebab sticks are good to join items together; parental supervision needed for younger children. Remember to put it on a base so you can lift it up easily. Let your imagination go wild. See the photograph ideas.
