At the beginning of this New Year, the Chapel and its members and friends send to everyone their very best wishes for a 2023 that is healthy, happy and full of love. You are all very welcome! Come in and try our tea & coffee and see if that's not right!

This first week of the new year begins with Splash on Wednesday morning, 4th January. Splash is our group for bumps, babies, toddlers and assorted accompanying adults. It runs from 9.30am to 11.30am and there is a charge of £3.00 for each family, irrespective of its size. There are lots of toys and games to play, not to mention story and song time with Barney Bear. Children receive drinks and a healthy snack, while adults benefit from bottomless tea and coffee pots. The warm and friendly atmosphere makes Splash a joy to attend!

Another warm welcome is offered when Soup Lunchis offered this Thursday, January 5th at 12.30pm. Taking place on the first and third Thursdays in each month, Soup Lunch presents a choice of two home-made soups, together with crusty bread, cheese and pate. There is no charge but we hope that donations might be made to the charities that we are supporting. At 1.30pm, the Knit & Natter group begins its afternoon. At this group are welcome knitters and crafters of all descriptions, together with those who just fancy a good chinwag and anyone who would like an afternoon in good company. It isn't just ladies who attend – you might be surprised at how good menfolk are at nattering! Hot drinks and biscuits restore parched throats!

Every Saturday, between 10.00am and 12.00 Noon, the Chapel is open for a Coffee Morning. It's quite surprising to see how many people pop in during the morning and there is always someone to talk to – and perhaps new friends to be made. There is no charge for the tea or coffee and biscuits, although donations to help to keep the Chapel open are always welcome.
