All Around Tarvin
By Hollie Wimpenny, Youth Theatre Manager - 27th June 2018 6:00am
Over the summer holidays Minerva Arts will be bringing back their popular holiday drama club to Tarvin Community Centre.
After three successful projects, young people aged 7-13 will come together again to explore different theatre techniques and create an unforgettable performance to share to friends and family.
The workshop will take place on Monday 13th August 10am-3pm and will be £10 for the day with discounts available for siblings.
Hollie Wimpenny, Youth Theatre Manager explained: 'Drama is a great way to help build young people's confidence, learn new skills and meet new people and we pride ourselves in supporting young people to realise their potential'.
As well as the summer holiday club, Minerva Arts recently launched a regular Youth Theatre at the community centre. The group started at the beginning of June and has had a great response, going from strength to strength each week.
Tarvin Youth Theatre meets on Mondays 5-7pm at Tarvin Community Centre for ages 7-13 during term time.
