Free Adult ADHD Self Support Course 17 January – Tarvin Community Centre – Booking required
ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) is becoming a more recognised neurodiverse condition, with many adults being diagnosed in later life, and a requirement for employers to recognise the condition (as well as increased recognition and understanding in schools for children).
Many adults and teens who are diagnosed report feeling a huge weight taken off their shoulders as they understand the differences in the way they operate and behave and how this affects daily life and relationships with others. Many who use the medication find significant improvements in symptoms, (although not everyone chooses to use medication).
Tarvin Community Centre is pleased to announce a new ADHD course commencing 17 January. This initiative aims to bring residents affected by ADHD (whether themselves or others). The course details are on the attached pdf from Sharon Willingham from AD & ND Directed.
