New Parish Councillor

Following the resignation of Councillor Steve Wiley the Parish Council had invited applications for a replacement to be co-opted. Three qualifying applications had been received to replace Steve.

There is no official guidance on what procedure to follow if there is more than one qualifying applicant. The PC therefore decided that the fairest approach was to draw lots and Rob Harrison was drawn. The Council look forward to welcoming Rob to the next meeting of the Council on 23rd August.
