Notice of Ashton Hayes and Tarvin Flower Club's May Meeting

There was a house in Waverton that always had a welcome floral ring at the front door. The owners must have moved as it is no longer there and I miss the enjoyment it gave.

I always put one at my front door at Christmas and some years have tried to extend to cover the year but only seem to achieve Easter and then Halloween.

Hopefully after May 8th, when Sharon Nolan demonstrates "A Wreath for all Seasons," I may be able to achieve my aim. Sharon, our club President, is an area demonstrator and we are pleased that she is coming to our own club.

There will be the usual raffle and refreshments and visitors will be very welcome.

The meeting starts at 7-30 pm in the Edna Rose room of the Tarvin Community Centre.
