On 21st June 2021, Tarvin Allotments were formally opened by Councillor Rob Ford of Tarvin Parish Council.

In January 2019, Broomheath Plantation was considered a fully established woodland and it was given it's proper name, William's Wood. A few Tarvinresidentshave had allotments here since 2009.

The owners of Williams Wood have produced a new handbook and set of rules for users of the allotments. There is a large shed, water storage and 24/7 access to the woodland via key codes.
There are now several members of the allotment group and Williams Wood are making provision for up to 20 10m x 10m plots in the woodland.

If any Tarvin residents are interested in taking a new larger plot then they should contact the owners by email at admin@williamswood.co.uk or by phone on 01829 830325. A site meeting will be arranged with applicants and Williams Woos will send a copy of their allotment handbook to them."
