A few days ago we had an article about issues with Vodafone in the area. Seems it's o2 also. Both networks has had issues on the A51 side of the village meaning people are unable to connect / get any signal. Their status checkers just tell you there is an issue, (Ch38EP is one postcode we have been given but it's the same for others). There is no date given for resolution of this problem and seemingly indifference by the networks to resolve it given it has been over 10 days now.
We understand compensation may be due for customers impacted by this.
