Gypsy Site

If you are writing to the Planning Department about this issue, the local Eddisbury MP, Antoinette Sandbach, has provided a useful link to a House of Commons Library briefing paper which gives more information about local authority duties towards gypsy and traveller provision. For link go to https://www.facebook.com/antoinettemp/ and under Proposed Tarvin Travellers Site click on http://webcache.googleusercontent.com/search....

Antoinette is encouraging everyone to respond to the Local Plan Part 2 Consultation and let CWaC know their views. She has pointed out that while 23rd Sept is the very latest for e-mail responses, the postal deadline to raise objections is the 21st September.
