During the Open Forum of the Parish Council meeting last week a member of the public spoke about the overgrown public footpath between Pool Bank and the sewage treatment works which she had found to be impassable. Councillor Peter Ryan is already in communication with the Cheshire West and Chester Council Public Rights of Way Officer about cost-effective solutions to deal with problems on the public footpaths between Oscroft (FP10) and Kelsall (FP 11) so he will also raise that issue. The Parish Council has also raised concerns about public footpaths on Platts Lane, Old Moss and Okell's Garden Centre and is waiting for a response from Cheshire West.
