I have been given a refund from Vodafone who I use (after complaining about the recent 2.5 weeks of outage), so would recommend others doing the same if impacted.
As you will see below, O2 responded to our MP's letter to them on our behalf, so if any Tarvin Online readers were with O2 and impacted, they should be able to use the reference in this letter to progress their complaints and hopefully also get compensation.
